Customer Advocate

Job Summary

Manage the customer experience by being the first point of contact for our customer's.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Make the first calls & contacts with our customers; facilitate getting the customer to the “right” person in an effective & efficient manner
  • Strong communication skills both on the phone and electronically that comes across as friendly, approachable and helpful to our customers
  • Reports to management on results discovered to ensure we are creating the overall best experience for our customers
  • Self-motivated and prioritization skills a must
